Mileage

Maximum annual mileage: 6000 miles for each period of 12 months commencing from the date of this agreement. Maximum total mileage for period of hire: 18000 miles (which shall be pro-rated for earlier termination).

If the annual mileage or total mileage figures shown above are exceeded, an excess mileage charge of 7.20 pence per mile (exc. VAT) will be incurred.

BMW Shortfall

BMW Shortfall offers you quality protection. Consider this: your BMW is written off following an accident or theft. Even if it's not your fault the amount your receive in settlement from your insurance company will almost certainly be less than the price you originally paid.

This could mean you don't have the funds to replace your BMW on a like-for-like basis. Equally if you've bought your motorcycle using a finance package, you could still be liable for the difference between the settlement figure and the insurance payout.
