Mileage

Maximum annual mileage: 6000 miles for each period of 12 months commencing from the date of this agreement. Maximum total mileage for period of hire: 18000 miles (which shall be pro-rated for earlier termination).

BMW Shortfall offers you quality protection. Consider this: your BMW is written off following an accident or theft. Even if it's not your fault the amount your receive in settlement from your insurance company will almost certainly be less than the price you originally paid.

Remarks

The designers of the BMW K 1300 S were very clear about their aims: even more power, even more performance. The engine produces an incredible 175 hp and 140 Nm of torque, and the bike has a dry weight of just 228 kilograms. The result is a machine that combines the excitement of a track bike with the practical features needed for long-distance riding on the road, such as the famous BMW Motorrad Duolever and BMW Motorrad ABS.

The K1300 s is also available with ESA II Electronic Suspension Adjustment as an option, allowing you to modify the suspension set-up depending on the load you are carrying. ESA II controls a wider range of parameters than the predecessor system, automatically setting the best possible combination of suspension height , spring rate and damping settings.

Another innovation is the optional gear-shift assist, while ASC Automatic Stability Control and TPC Tyre Pressure Control are laos available as options. And for riders wishing to customise their K 1300 S for even sportier looks and performance, there are the High Performance Parts. These include everything from high-quality carbon parts miled HP footpegs to HP forged wheels and an AKrapovic sport silencer.
